It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Dean Luttrell of Flintville, Tennessee, who passed away on March 8, 2026, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Clifton Hall and Alta Hall Newman; her husband Hershel Luttrell; her son Johnny Shockley; her siblings, Erline Kilpatrick and Jack Robert Hall; and her great grandchildren, Macey Leigh Summers and Elizhah Jakob Anderson-Moore.

She is survived by: her children, Sandra Cox (William) of Manchester, TN, Randy Shockley (Amy) of Flintville, TN and Stevie Shockley (Ann); her sister Georgia Mae Foster; and her grandchildren, Nikki, Bradley, Natasha, Misty, Daryl, Cale, Chasity, Lee and Justin. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home (508 College St W, Fayetteville, TN 37334). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
