He is survived by: his wife Shirley Shirley; his children, Doug Shirley (Van), Steve Shirley (Judy), Yvonne Corkren (Jessie) and Lee Shirley (Ronda); his grandchildren, Keith, Scott Shirley, Chris, Jamie Shirley, Brian Corkren, Jessica Bishop, Sarah Shirley, Brice, Kyle and Casey Buck; and his great grandchildren, Blane, Case, Hagan, Bella and Jameson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other extended family.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel (981 AL-253, Winfield, AL 35594).
