Florencio Armando Jimenez

Florencio Armando Jimenez, 74, passed away on March 17, 2026, in Borger, Texas.

The rosary will be recited beginning at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, in the Minton Memorial Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Highland Park Cemetery in Borger under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Mr. Jimenez was born on October 27, 1951, in Juarez, Mexico to Andres Amando Jimenez and Hermelinda Garcia Jimenez.  He was a passionate sports enthusiast who enjoyed watching basketball, football, and baseball. Florencio also treasured spending quality time with his grandchildren and found joy in watching classic films.

Florencio is survived by his sons, Armando Jimenez, Jr. and wife Miriam, Javier Jimenez; daughters, Christina Jimenez, Brenda Jimenez all residents of Borger; brother, Ignacio Jimenez of Borger; eleven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
