Florence M. Turpin

Florence M. Turpin, a devoted homemaker and mother, passed away peacefully on March 9, 2026, at the age of 93. Born on January 23, 1933, in Rochester, New York, she spent her life joyfully nurturing her family and creating memories that will be cherished forever.

Florence is survived by her loving daughters, Grace Turpin, Sandra (Willis) Curtis, Barbara Turpin, and Patricia Turpin. She was a proud grandmother to nine grandchildren and delighted in her numerous great-grandchildren, all of whom will miss her warm presence and loving spirit. Florence also leaves behind many relatives and friends whose lives she touched with her kindness.

In her spare time, Florence found joy in crocheting, tending to her garden, and especially cherishing her lilac bush. A familiar face at Holy Cross bingo nights, she embraced her community with enthusiasm and shared her love for travel whenever she could.

Florence was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Morley Turpin; her daughter, Linda Robinson; and her father, James Penna. Her legacy of love and family will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
