Florence Charitos

Florence Charitos, 73, of North Wales, passed away unexpectedly on March 14, 2026, at her home.

She and her beloved husband, Dionysios “Dino,” would have celebrated their 57th wedding anniversary in May 2026. Born in Philadelphia, Florence was the daughter of the late James and Anna (Patnselinou) Monioudis. She was the owner and operator of the Red Cedar Grille in Colmar, Pennsylvania.

Florence was known as a fierce Yia-Ya who cherished time with her family. She enjoyed traveling on cruises and day trips with her daughter, as well as taking long casino trips with her husband, Dino.

She is survived by her husband, Dionysios “Dino” Charitos; her children, Demetri Charitos and his wife Antoinette of Milford, Delaware, Theophilos Charitos and his wife Stacey of Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania, Katrina Lohn and her husband Daniel of Langhorne, Pennsylvania, and Christos Charitos and his wife Bethany of Souderton, Pennsylvania; ten grandchildren, Dino, Deanna, Christos, Lucas, Theano, Alexander, Jackson, Mikie, Elaini, and Nikos; and a nephew, John Monioudis.
