Flay X. Bledsoe, 62, passed away on February 28, 2026. Born on November 7, 1963, to Merrill and Rosie Bledsoe, he proudly served his country in the United States Army as a Private (PV2), earning the Army Service Ribbon and qualifying as a Marksman with the M16 rifle.
A driven entrepreneur and business owner, Flay worked in sales, realty, and mentoring others in business throughout his life. He was known for his determination, leadership, and his genuine desire to guide those around him toward success.
Above all, Flay was a devoted father whose greatest pride was his daughters, Aniece and Amber.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Merrill and Rosie Bledsoe; his daughter, Amber Murphy; and his brother, Bud Bledsoe. He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Aniece Bledsoe; his sister, Shirley Robinson (Ephesians); his brother, Mark Bledsoe; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Flay will be remembered for his entrepreneurial spirit, his dedication to service, his warm laugh, and the deep love he held for his family and friends. His legacy lives on through all who knew and loved him.
