Felix Montalvo ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Cole Funeral Chapel - Chelsea on Feb. 24, 2026.A precious angel that walked among us has been called back to heaven to be with God. Though he was not here with us for very long he will live on with us forever. Felix Maximus Montalvo was born November 21st, 2024, to honored parents Juan Felix Montalvo lll and Amber (Keyser) Montalvo in Ann Arbor, MI.He is survived by five older brothers, Juan Felix Montalvo IV, 30, Devon Keelan Waller, 24, Cameron Christopher Waller, 22, Tyler Brady Waller, 20, and Keenan Chip Waller, 16. Felix was also Uncle (Tio) to Mason David Montalvo, 9, and Nova Lynn Montalvo, 4. Beloved by living grandparents, Juan Felix Montalvo II and Sandra Kay Montalvo. Joined in heaven with grandparents, Ronnie Mosher Sr., Judy Ann Mosher, and Uncle Earl "Chip" Robert Keyser Jr.Felix was the sunlight and centerpiece to his family. Felix, meaning "joyful, happiness" and Maximus, meaning "greatest" was truly that, our greatest joy. Felix drew people in with his light and no one could help but fall in love with this tiny human with such a huge heart and vibrant personality. Felix came into this world smiling and calling for his "ma" and never stopped. Through all his trials and hardship his smile never wavered. His health issues never stopped him. He conquered everything, with bravery and strength we have never seen before. "Boogie" as dad called him, loved music, dancing and laughing. He loved playing and teasing his puppy, Frisky, urging Frisky to come down off the couch to play with him by waving his toys at him. He loved playing hide-and-seek with his blank and would lay himself down with his nuk and blank when he was ready for his nap. "Monkey Do" as momma called him, was extremely intelligent. Monkey see, monkey would do. He picked up everything quickly by watching. He was always watching and aware from the minute he was born. But his silly smile, laugh, and side eye is what we will miss and remember the most. His silliness, love, and happiness were infectious and will stay with us forever.Funeral services were held Thursday, February 26, 2026, 11:00 a.m. at Cole Funeral Chapel in Chelsea, with Rev. Jeff Crowder officiating. T he family received friends Wednesday, February 25, at Cole Funeral Chapel from 6 - 9 p.m. A private burial will be at Arborcrest Cemetery in Ann Arbor.
