Faye D. Grier

She was predeceased by: her mother Zula Ivory; her husband Marvin Grier; her siblings, Printic Britt, James Bush, Clester Ivory, Dennis Jackson and Zora Scott; and her siblings' children, Everett Scott, Raymond Jackson, Sarah Newton, Amanda Scott and Sharilyn Kay Boyd.

She is survived by: her sibling's children, Denise Reed (Walter), Courtney Ross, Dennis E. Jackson and Derrick E. Jackson; her stepdaughter Ruby Grier-Banks; her stepgrandchildren, Rashonda Banks and Rickey Banks; and her close friend Amy Young. She is also survived by great nieces, nephews, great, great-nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Lawrence A. Jones & Sons Funeral Chapels - Missouri (1800 Linwood Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64109). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Leavenworth National Cemetery (150 Muncie Rd, Leavenworth, KS 66048).
