Faye Almeda Estes

Faye Almeda Estes, age 83 passed away Sunday, March 8, 2026 at the Gladwin Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was born on July 23, 1942 in Flint, Michigan to the late Alvin & Mable (Hetherington) Shannon. Faye will always be remembered for being so friendly and happy, she loved the camaraderie at the nursing home, she enjoyed playing games and bingo. She is survived by her daughter Mable Estes, and her son Paul Roscoe, her sister Carol Shocknesse and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, parents and several siblings.

A Graveside service will be held Monday, March 16, 2026 at 1 pm at McClure Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Lee-Ramsay Funeral Home-Gladwin Chapel. The family would like to extend a heartfelt Thank You to Gladwin Nursing and Rehab for the compassionate care given to Faye.
