She was born February 11, 1960 in Richmond, Kentucky to the late Vetra and Etta McIntosh Woosley. Survivors include, daughters, Bridgett Hoover and Emily (James) Shelton; grandchildren, Paige Hollenbeck, Lucas Hollenbeck, Makenzie Shelton, and Reagan Shelton; brothers, Randy Woosley and Wallace Woosley; sisters, Mary Sheets and Linda Woolery.
