Evelyn Bullock ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Westbrook Funeral Home - Hazen on Mar. 6, 2026.Evelyn Louise Holyfield Bullock, of Hazen, Arkansas, passed to her heavenly home on Friday, March 6, 2026, at the age of 98. Evelyn was born in Midwest, Wyoming on September 29, 1927 to Thomas Marlton and Hester Elizabeth (Kauffman) Holyfield. The family moved to Prairie County Arkansas and Evelyn graduated from DeValls Bluff High School in 1946. She married Malcom Young Bullock and they lived in the Center Point Community for 60 years before his death in 2007.As a woman of faith, she loved her Lord Jesus Christ and spent many years as a faithful member and teacher at Center Point Missionary Baptist Church. Evelyn loved gardening, reading, fishing, and spending time with her family and friends.Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents; her step-mother, Lucille Holyfield; her husband; two grandsons, Jason Bullock and Tyson Bullock; great grandson, Quinson Bullock.She is survived by her children, Gary (Barbara) Bullock, Karen (Dwight) Saunders, Rodney (Sherry) Bullock, all of Hazen; seven grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and 6 great-great grandchildren.Services for Evelyn will be Monday, March 9 th, 2026 with a visitation beginning at 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. immediately followed by funeral services beginning at 11:00 A.M. held at Center Point Missionary Baptist Church in Hazen. Interment will be in the Center Point Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in honor of Evelyn to your church's mission efforts.Arrangements are entrusted with Westbrook Funeral Home of Hazen, Arkansas.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
