Evelyn (Balasco) Dorsi

We are sad to announce that on March 7, 2026, Evelyn (Balasco) Dorsi of Coventry, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Evelyn shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Evelyn farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Giuseppe Balasco and Nascenzina Balasco (Pirolli); her son Roger DiQuinzio; and her siblings, Robert Balasco, Joseph Balasco and Eleanor Balasco.

She is survived by: her children, Robert DiQuinzio (Robin) of Barrington and Celeste Morris of Coventry; and her brother David Balasco of Barrington. She is also survived by grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 19th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 20th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the W. Raymond Watson Funeral Home (350 Willett Ave, Riverside, RI 02915).
