Evelyn Council, age 98, of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed away early Sunday morning, March 15, 2026, at her home in the Wilkins Nursing Home.
She lived a long and full life, spending her final years in the community she called home. Those who knew her will remember the quiet strength and gentle spirit she carried throughout her nearly century on this earth.
Evelyn is survived by her loving family and friends who will cherish the memories of her life and the many ways she touched their hearts.
