Eva V. Sills

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Eva V. Sills of Waterbury, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 8, 2026 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid adieu to Eva's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Eva has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Orsatti and Angelina Orsatti (Rossi); her husband Earl A. Sills; and her siblings, Theresa Moore, Mae Sills, Peter Orsatti, Jr. and Diana Orsatti.

She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Lucille Orsatti and Elinor Sills. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and a large extended family.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Maiorano Funeral Home (95 Willow St, Waterbury, CT 06710). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church (785 Highland Ave, Waterbury, CT 06708).
