She was born November 12, 1952 in Gunlock, Kentucky to the late Norman & Mrytle Shepherd. She was the wife of the late Robert "Big Foot" Bailey. She is survived by her Children: Andrea (Mark) Wireman of Hueysville, Kentucky, Dosie Bailey (Ray) of Hueysville, Kentucky, Bertle (Angie) Bailey of Estill, Kentucky & Robert Devon Bailey of Hueysville, Kentucky; A Host Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren; Sisters: Linda Shepherd of Gunlock, Kentucky, Brenda Kilgore of Prestonsburg, Kentucky & Teresa Puckett of Estill, Kentucky. Along with her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her daughter: Remona Jean Bailey &a host of brothers & sisters.
