Euna Jordan Riley

Euna Jordan Riley, a beloved mother, grandmother, and cherished member of her community, passed away on March 11, 2026, in Blountsville. Born on October 26, 1932, Euna lived a life full of love, dedication, and joy, touching the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her.

A proud graduate of Hubbertville High School's Class of 1951, where she earned the honor of Salutatorian, Euna carried a lifelong commitment to excellence in all she pursued. Her deep faith sustained her as a lifelong member of the Musgrove Methodist Church, serving as a foundation of strength and comfort throughout her life.

She found great pleasure in cooking and baking, filling her home with warmth and the aromas that drew family and friends together. She tended her flower beds with the same gentle care she showed her loved ones. Above all, her heart belonged to her family, whom she supported with unwavering devotion. She took special pride in cheering on her eight grandchildren in all their activities, offering constant love and encouragement.

She is survived by her devoted daughter, Karen Shelton (Jeffrey), and daughter-in-law, Teresa Riley; grandchildren Will Riley (Angie), Katie Stewart (Jeremy), Jake Riley (Katherine), Laurel Anderson (Quaid), Brittany Tidwell (Wade), Nick Byrum (Ashley), Olivia Potts (Matthew), and Madilyn Byrum; as well as great-grandchildren Mason Riley, Brooks Riley, Easton Tidwell, Jax Woodard, Dallas Anderson, Elijah Anderson, Noah Anderson, Emma Kate Anderson, Chandler Byrum, Jameson Byrum, Lily Mae Riley, Charliegh Riley, and Riley Stewart. Euna’s enduring love and spirit live on through them. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Dale Riley, her sons Lance and Steve Riley, son-in-law Philip Byrum, her father Will Jordan, mother Lula Hubbert Jordan, brothers Ernest Jordan and Elger Jordan, and sisters Ethel Sherri, Elsie Wilks, and Edith Fowler.
