Eugenia Villa ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Brenna-Cellini Funeral Home - Hamilton on Mar. 16, 2026.Eugenia Villa, 85, of Lawrenceville, NJ, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2026 surrounded by her loving family at the Serenity Hospice Unit at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton. Born in Patillas, Puerto Rico, she was a longtime area resident. Eugenia was a State of New Jersey employee retiring after 28 years of service, being last employed at the North Princeton Developmental Center.Eugenia loved her family, most of all her grandchildren and great grandchildren who she cherished. She enjoyed shopping, traveling, and trips to the casino. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.She is the daughter of the late Brigido and Victoria (Burgos) Laboy; beloved wife of the late Luis Villa; mother of the late Louis Villa, Jr.; sister of the late, Ramonita, Tomasa, Flora, Celestino, and Angel Luis Laboy.Eugenia is survived by her five children, Carmen Torres, Silvia Laboy-Villa, Jimmy Villa, Maria Salguero, and Bobby Villa and wife Maureen; eight grandchildren, Casandra Judge (Michael), Christina Rivera, Iris Henderson (Jonathan), David Villa, Angela Cartagena, Cynthia Roselli (Matthew), Kyarra Salguero, Bobby Villa, Jr.; eight great-grandchildren, Brooke Ashley Judge and fiance Stephen Kendrick, Noah Judge (Hallie), Lilianna Pennachietti (Christian), Damian Parziale, Christian Maresh, Nathan Henderson, Mia Angela Roselli, and Luna Skye Roselli; and her sister, Pastora Laboy; as well as many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Friday, March 20, 2026 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Hamilton Brenna-Cellini Funeral Home, 2365 Whitehorse-Mercerville Rd., Hamilton, NJ 08619.Pastor Jonathan Henderson will offer up some words of remembrance beginning at 10:30 AM.Catholic prayer services will be held at 11:00 AM at the funeral home with clergy from Cathedral of St. Mary of the Assumption officiating.Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, 1200 Cedar Lane, Hamilton, NJ.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
