Eugene was born in Englewood, New Jersey, to the late Raymond Bailey and Margaret Gepp.Eugene owned his own business, ABC Transport, for over 20 years in Dumont, New Jersey. He will be remembered as a businessman with a sharp mind for all kinds of work and a kind and generous man. He will also be remembered as a selfless individual who put everyone around him first. He loved working around the house and in his yard; the yard was his comfort zone.
