Esther Anne Anderson Early

Esther Anne Anderson Early, aged 83, passed away on February 17, 2026, in Marietta, GA. Born on May 14, 1942, Anne led a life marked by bravery and courage, embracing both the joys and sorrows life presented.Anne attended Woodstock Elementary, progressed through Cherokee High, and culminated with her studies at Shorter College. Her professional career was diverse and impactful, including significant roles at Lockheed, Ritz-Carlton, Parisian's, and Kohl's.A woman of many interests, Anne had a profound love for traveling and a deep affection for all pets and wildlife.She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Scott (Scottie) Lingerfelt; grandchildren, Zachary McClain Lingerfelt (Cadence) and Veronika Roze Lingerfelt (Michael); and great-grandson, Kaiden Scott Lingerfelt. Her extended family includes her brother, Benton Lee Anderson (Jan); sister-in-law, Linda Ann Early; honorary daughter, Jennifer Lingerfelt (Jeff); and honorary grandson, Oscar Clark (Lauren). Anne was preceded in death by her daughter, Katie Kristen Early; husband, Ronald Hoyt Early; and her parents, Katie Bea and W.B. Anderson, alongside her grandparents, Pink and Hubert Hamilton.A visitation will be held on Sunday, March 22nd, at Woodstock Funeral Home in Woodstock, GA, from 2-4 pm, with a repast to follow at The Holbrook at Woodstock. Anne's life and legacy will be remembered fondly by all who knew her.
