Ester Elizabeth Terry

Ester Elizabeth Terry, 74, of Mustoe passed away Thursday, December 7, 1989 at the home of her daughter Mary Halterman of Monterey.

She was born June 26, 1915 at Mustoe, a daughter of William Otis and Dora Varner McGlaughlin.

On May 11, 1935 she married George Everett Terry who died May 5, 1984.

She is survived by two daughters, Carolyn Rexrode of Mustoe, and Mary Halterman of Monterey; three sons, James O. Terry of Lyndhurst, Everett Junior Terry of Harrisonburg and Berlie N. Terry of Mustoe; one brother, William Lee McGlaughlin of Carrsville; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

A service will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday at Obaugh Funeral Home by the Rev. Jeff Ferguson. Burial will be in the Wesley Chapel Cemetery.

Pallbears will be Ezra and Richard Halterman, Gideon Hiner, Donald Doyle, Jack Warner, Miles Kelly, Ronald Wimer, and Paul Allen Doyle.

Family will receive friends 7-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home in McDowell, and at other times at the home of Elmer and Mary Halterman near Monterey.
