Ernest Lee Myers

Ernest Lee Myers, age 61 of Knoxville, Tennessee, passed away on March 13, 2026. A skilled carpenter, Ernest took great pride in building and repairing things with his hands. He cherished his family above all else, and his grandchildren were the light of his life and the center of his world.

He held a deep love for the outdoors and found joy in fishing, camping, coon hunting, and hiking, often sharing these experiences with his grandchildren. Ernest possessed a kind and generous heart and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl R. Myers and Delores Myers, his sister, Rita Ellis, and his brother, Deno Myers. He is survived by his wife, Lynnette Myers; his children, Ashley and Brandon Bryant, Melissa and Cody Lewis, Brandon and Lexi Myers, Michael Myers, Jerry and Shianne Cadle, and McKenzie Smith; his siblings, Tracy (Spike) Myers, Dodie Myers, Roger Myers, Carl Myers, Nancy Green, Dorena Butler, Penny Chambers, Denise Byrge, and Marsha Butler; and his grandchildren, Trevor, Mason, Chasity, Caleb, Macie, Corbin, Miley, Trenton, Cameron, Jasmine, Ariebella, and Madison.
