Erma Lou Corley

Erma Lou Corley, 67, of Magazine, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, March 14, 2026, at her home. She was born in Paris, Arkansas, on December 2, 1958, to the late Harold Adorn Krigbaum and Helen Marie (Hutchins) Krigbaum. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Justin Shelton; her sister, Angela Corley; and a brother, Neal Krigbaum.

Erma was a seamstress and was of the Protestant faith. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 19th at Starting Point Community Church in Magazine, with Rev. Hank Weaver officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Paris, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.

She is survived by her husband, James Corley; a daughter, Ashley Shelton of Hartman; two sons, Ronnie Shelton and wife Amy and James Shelton, all of Magazine; a sister, Glenda Bradford of Paris; a brother, Billy Jack Krigbaum and wife Leslie of Ozark; (8) grandchildren; and (12) great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Cody Shelton, Donovan Shelton, Zain Figley, Larry Corley, Alan Corley, Jason Corley, John Settle, and Lucas Clementson.

The family will visit with friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday at Starting Point Community Church in Magazine.
