Eric Arnzen ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by DeFord Funeral Home - Grangeville on Mar. 12, 2026.Obituary for Eric Francis ArnzenEric Francis Arnzen, 76 years old, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 11, 2026,at his home in Greencreek surrounded by his family.Eric was born November 23, 1949, in Moscow, Idaho to Francis and Dorothy Arnzen. Ericwas the oldest of six children and raised in Cottonwood. On June 27, 1970, Eric marriedLois Goeckner, they were married for 46 years. Together they owned and operated dairyfarms in Lewiston, Deer Park, WA, and Greencreek. Eric and Lois later converted the dairy farm in Greencreek into a hog operation that they ran until 1995. After that Eric owned and operated his own truck and hauled lumber, logs, and grain.Eric was preceded in death by his wife Lois, and his parents.Eric is survived by his son Vaughn (Holly) Arnzen, daughter Rachel (Chad) Biebow; his grandchildren Courtnee (Jon) Moyle, Dalton (Robyn) Bullington, Alex Nuttman (Jacob Hopkins), Damon (Alexys) Nuttman, Justin Biebow, Kyra (Steven) Weiss, and Weston Arnzen; his great-grandchildren Kade, Harlee, Thomas, Felix, and Cora. Eric is survived by his siblings, Renee (Gary) Jacques, Rod Arnzen (Kathy Gardner), Brian Arnzen, Frank Arnzen, and Loran Arnzen.A rosary will be held at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Greencreek on Friday March 27, 2026, at 10:00 am, with a Funeral Mass at 10:30am. A burial service will follow at Greencreek Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the DeFord Funeral Home, Grangeville.
