Emma Jean Kulpcavage

Emma Jean Kulpcavage, 86, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at her home. Born in Pottsville on February 10, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Lydia (Stonelake) Honicker.

A 1958 graduate of St. Clair Area High School, Emma Jean worked as a Teacher’s Aide at both St. Clair schools and Schuylkill County Child Development. She was a longtime member of St. John UCC in St. Clair, where her faith and quiet devotion were deeply felt by those who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Kulpcavage, in 2006; her five brothers, James, William, Raymond, Errol, and Thomas Honicker; and her four sisters, Alice Haluska, Catherine Morrow, Doris Robinson, and Clara Sirock. She is survived by her sons, Eddie R. Kulpcavage and his fiancé Sandra Parry of Auburn, and Christian Kulpcavage of Wyomissing; her grandson, Christian P. Kulpcavage; and many nieces and nephews who will cherish her memory.
