It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elvera Bernett of Sparta, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 6, 2026, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Elvera departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Elvera may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Elvera leaves behind.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 20th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (612 N Water St, Sparta, WI 54656). A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, March 20th 2026 at the St. John's Cemetery (1315 Jefferson Ave, Sparta, WI 54656).
