Ellen Segraves

Ellen Segraves, 67, passed away peacefully on March 10, 2026. Born on November 30, 1958, to Crait and Helen Harbin in Jefferson, Georgia, Ellen grew up as a talented pianist and dedicated cheerleader for the Jefferson Dragons. In 1982, she married her best friend and love of her life, Chris, and together they built their home in Augusta.

She took great pride in being the mother of her two daughters, Lauren and Kelly, coaching their softball teams and cheering them on as their most devoted supporter. Above all, she cherished her role as Mimi to her four beloved grandchildren, Tanner, Lucas, Brooks, and Carson. A passionate fan of the University of Georgia and the Atlanta Braves, Ellen also held a special love for Christmas and looked forward to every beach vacation.

She is survived by her husband Chris, daughters Lauren (Josh) and Kelly (Andrew), and grandchildren Tanner, Lucas, Brooks, and Carson. She was preceded in death by her parents, Crait and Helen Harbin, and her brother David.
