She was predeceased by: her parents, Willaim Allen Irvine and Elizabeth Helen Phillips Irvin; and her brothers, Henry Irvine, Jimmy Irvine and William Irvine.

She is survived by: her husband Thomas White; her children, James Riggs (Linda) of Maysville, Charles "Chuck" Riggs (Donna) of Maysville, Steven Riggs of Maysville and Christina Riggs of Hamersville, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Jessica Krebs (Ty), Sierra Huddle (Eddie), Isaiah Riggs, Laela Riggs, Weston Riggs (Caitlyn Mers), Colton Riggs (Alania), Jaylin Jones (Amanda), Brittany Adair (Brandon), Kelsey Riggs, Devin Riggs, Brandon Welch (Amanda) and Elijah Riggs. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brell & Son Funeral Home (620 E 2nd St, Maysville, KY 41056). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
