Elizabeth W. Vazquez

Elizabeth W. Vazquez, 93, of Dade City, Florida, passed away on March 13, 2026. Born on October 17, 1932, in Brussels, Belgium, to Basil and Maria Kwiatkoska, she immigrated to the United States in 1950.

Elizabeth was known for her one-of-a-kind sense of humor and quick wit, often speaking her mind with refreshing honesty. An avid animal lover, she enjoyed fishing and traveling in her earlier years. Above all, she was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, and friend whose presence brought warmth and laughter to those around her.

She is survived by her son, Terry (LuAnn McKim) Vazquez; her grandchildren, Kristina Vazquez and Terry (Taja) Summers; two great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and her dear “sister,” Lois Taylor.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her lifelong friend, Ruby Elder.
