Elizabeth Page Kanetzky, dearly loved daughter of Joe Glen and Sally Kanetzky, passed away on March 2, 2026. Born on August 17, 1980, Page grew up in Dripping Springs, where her creative and playful spirit shone from an early age. She attended the University of Texas at Austin, earning a Bachelor of Arts with Honors and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the UT Austin School of Law. She later received a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Austin. Artistic and imaginative, Page was known as a skilled fort builder and mischievous child who once constructed an “elf trap” after Christmas, only to catch the family dog instead.
Page had a deep love for animals and was an accomplished equestrienne who successfully showed American Paint horses. Her horses were cherished members of her family, along with her beloved dogs Frankenstein and Gary, for whom she was a devoted and caring “Mom.” She embraced life with enthusiasm and a competitive edge, especially during holidays. Easter was a favorite, when she eagerly hunted for eggs well into adulthood in pursuit of finding the most, willing to compete fiercely for the title. That same spirited determination made her a formidable and ruthless opponent in board games.
Page is survived by her grandmother Tina Kanetzky, her sister Rosie Dunlap, Rosie’s husband Ricky Dunlap, and their children Natalie and Joey Dunlap. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Billy Joe Kanetzky, and Louis and Virginia Page. She will be deeply missed by her many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
