Elizabeth Smith ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by James & Lipford Funeral Home - Graceville on Mar. 17, 2026.Elizabeth Marie Smith, 64, of Slocomb, Alabama, went home to be with our Lord on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at Southeast Health in Dothan, AL. She was born on October 4, 1961, in Bay County, Florida, to the late Euline and Levy Johnson Jr.Libby (affectionately known as Momma and Memaw) loved her children and especially her grandchildren. She had a passion for helping people and cared for many throughout the years. She loved to feed you with her delicious cooking like her famous 14-layer cake, fried chicken and turnip greens and many other of her signature dishes. Friday nights meant game nights with her "sisters." She loved going to church and spending time with her church family.In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers Gary and Kenny Johnson.She is survived by two sons, Ryan Smith (Genea) and Perry Bolin (Emma); one daughter Leah Bolin (Jacob Jordan) and a bonus daughter Falyn Massey; Grandchildren, Noah James Jordan, Maverick Jordan, Marleigh Jordan, Ronan Bolin, and Connor Salmon; siblings, Allen Johnson (Tammy) and Cecilia Burch; Sister-in-law Gayle Johnson; several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews as well as many extended family members and a host of friends that were more like family.Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. (C.S.T), Thursday, March 19, 2026, at Poplar Head Independent Free Will Baptist Church, Bonifay, Florida. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
