Elizabeth Alberico
May 2, 1942— March 8, 2026
Hamden, CT
Elizabeth “Betty” Alberico lived a life marked by kindness, warmth, and deep faith. She had a special ability to see the good in others and made everyone around her feel welcomed, valued, and loved. Sweet, dependable, loyal, and wonderfully funny, Betty served as a mentor and steadfast friend to many, always offering encouragement, wisdom, or a listening ear.
Her work as a real estate broker was more than a career; it was an extension of her caring nature. Betty genuinely enjoyed helping people find homes and navigate important life transitions. Even when there was nothing to gain, she freely gave advice, support, and assistance simply because she cared.
Betty found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She was a devoted fan of the New York Mets and followed WWE with enthusiasm. She also loved the friendly competition of Pokémon Go and Words With Friends, bringing laughter and energy to every game. An incredible cook, she took particular pride in her homemade sauce, which became legendary in her family. Her kitchen was a gathering place filled with wonderful meals, stories, and shared laughter.
Above all, Betty cherished time with her family. She took great pride in her grandson Aren and his calling to ministry, wholeheartedly supporting his studies in world religions and his path toward discernment. She is remembered with love by those whose lives she touched through her gentle spirit and generous heart.
