She is survived by: her husband Budapest; her daughters, Stefania Sakiotis (Ioannis), Alessandra Obregon (James), Cristina Stainkamp (Edward), Lisa Smith and Daniela Thomas (David); and her grandchildren, Evangelos, Elisabetta Sakiotis (Luxembourg), Olivia, Grayson, Cameron Obregon (Florida), Nicholas, Daniel, Julia Stainkamp (New York), Sofia, Tessa Smith (New York), Christian and Emma Thomas (Nebraska).

Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Coffey Funeral Home (91 N Broadway, Tarrytown, NY 10591). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, March 16th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Transfiguration Church (268 S Broadway, Tarrytown, NY 10591). A burial will be held on Monday, March 16th 2026 at 11:45 AM at the Sleepy Hollow Cemetery (540 N Broadway, Sleepy Hollow, NY 10591).

The family will celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial at Church of the Transfiguration in Tarrytown, N.Y. on March 16th, 2026, at 1030 am with burial following at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery, In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to Make-A-Wish Hudson Valley NY (https://wish.org (http://wish.org)) in Elisabetta's memory, reflecting her lifelong love of children.
