With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Eleanore Synder of Lake Wales, Florida, born in Delavan, Wisconsin, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Laurence and Eleanore; her brothers, Laurence and Edward; her husband George; her daughter Catherine Jensen (Gary); and her stepson John Snyder.

She is survived by: her sons, David Norton (Brenda), William Norton (Beth) and John Norton (Judy Haynes); and her stepson George Snyder (Mary Anne). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the McCorkle Funeral Home - Rockton Chapel (767 N Blackhawk Blvd, Rockton, IL 61072). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Lake Wales Cemetery (19190 Hwy 27 South, Lake Wales, FL 33853).
