Elaine Baum

Elaine Baum (nee Collins) passed away on March 10, 2026, in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, at the age of 88, with her family by her side. She was formerly of Berlin, New Jersey.

Preceded in death by her parents William Collins and Harriet (nee Dietz), her late husband Steve Harduk, and her brother William Collins (Barbara), Elaine is survived by her beloved husband Benjamin W. Baum. She was the loving mother of Terry Pickard (Bill) of Eastampton, New Jersey, Steven Harduk (Anne) of Ormond Beach, Florida, Sandra Harduk of the Florida Keys, Ken Baum (Wendy) of Haddon Township, New Jersey, and Glenn Baum (Rosie) of Florence, South Carolina. She was the dear sister of Richard Collins (Yvonne) of Monroe Township, New Jersey. Elaine was the proud grandmother of 14 and great-grandmother of 6, and she is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Elaine possessed a beautiful singing voice and a talent for playing the piano. She and her husband Ben shared a love of travel and enjoyed many cruises together. In her quieter moments she found peace through her coloring projects. A woman of deep faith, she was a longtime member of Harbor Baptist Church. Those who knew her will remember her warmth and many gifts with great affection.
