Elaine A. McLaughlin

Elaine McLaughlin, (née Silva), a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2026. She was a longtime resident of West Chester, Pennsylvania.

Elaine will be remembered as a kind, selfless, and incredibly strong woman whose life centered around the people she loved most. Family meant everything to her, and she found her greatest joy in spending time with them and watching her family grow through the generations. Her warmth, quiet strength, and caring heart touched everyone who knew her. Elaine was a proud business owner with her husband for many years.

She shared a loving life with her husband, John. Together they built a family that was the pride and joy of her life. She was a devoted mother to her children, Elaine and John, and a proud grandmother to Ashley, Emily, Ricky, Kyle, and Brooke. She was also blessed with two great-grandchildren, Reese and Robbie, who brought her great happiness. She is also survived by her sister, Denise, who she loved dearly.

Elaine was preceded in death by her mother, her father, and her brother, Eddie.

Those who knew Elaine will remember her for her generous spirit and her strength.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 10:00-11:00 AM, Saturday, April 11, 2026 and to her Memorial Mass 11:00 AM at SS Simon & Jude Church, 8 Cavanaugh Ct, West Chester, PA.
