He was predeceased by: his parents, Lily Louise Bieri (Frick) and Edwin Bieri; and his daughter Stephanie Elaine Bieri Cone. He is survived by: his wife Betty Gayle Kozlek; his daughter Suzanne Bieri Coots (Ron); his grandchildren, Andrew Cone (Gabriella), Charlotte Bieri Johnson (Travis), Michael Cone (Caroline) and Chase Edwin Bieri; and his great grandchildren, Sara Johnnson, Blair Cone, Leah Cone, Cameron Bieri, Ella Johnson, Logan Johnson, Allen Cone, Whitney Johnson, Cailey Bieri, Ryan Cone and Cal Cone.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (130 S Arcola St, Angleton, TX 77515).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to First Presbyterian Church located at 130 S. Arcola Street, Angleton, Texas 77515 or the SPCA of Brazoria County located at 141 Canna Lane, Lake Jackson, Texas, 77566 in honor of Leroy.
