Edward R. Petrucci, 89, of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, passed away on March 10, 2026, at his home. Born on October 28, 1936, in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Dominic and Helen Harmuth Petrucci.

A 1954 graduate of Hershey High School, Ed served honorably in the United States Navy during the Korean War aboard the USS Talbot County, LST-1153. He later worked at Olmstead Air Force Base, New Cumberland Army Depot, and retired as a computer programmer from Letterkenny Army Depot. He was a longtime member of the VFW Post 1599, American Legion Post 46, AmVets Post 224, and the Chambersburg Country Club. In retirement, he found great joy in playing golf.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Barbara Walden Petrucci, whom he married on May 21, 1995; his sons, Steven Petrucci and wife Melissa of Chambersburg, and Michael Petrucci and wife Kelly of Charlotte, North Carolina; his grandson, Luke Petrucci and wife Kathleen of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and his two great-grandsons, Dalton and Nolan Petrucci. He is also survived by his step-son, Chip Wolfe and wife Sharon of Chambersburg, and his step-granddaughters, Makenzie Wolfe and husband Tai Hill of Chambersburg, and Zoey Wolfe of Chambersburg. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Eileen Myers.
