Edward "Eddie" Lee LeDoux, Jr.
July 2, 1977— March 11, 2026
Moss Bluff, LA
Edward "Eddie" Lee LeDoux, Jr., 48, of Moss Bluff, Louisiana, passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, in Lake Charles.
Born on July 2, 1977, in Sulphur to Ed Sr. and Janelle, Eddie graduated from Sulphur High School in 1996. A natural salesman and lifelong hard worker, he built a career in industrial sales, most recently with Regal Rexnord and spending 14 years at Grainger. He remained close with many former colleagues from L’auberge, Mazen’s, Isle of Capri, and Casa Ole.
Eddie was passionate about LSU football, cooking, history, gardening, and understanding how things worked. He had a remarkable talent for repairing anything by taking it apart and putting it back together. Known as the best storyteller and the life of the party, he had a gift for making people laugh and cherished spending time with his many friends. He and his wife were longtime members of the Krewe of Chaos. Above all, he loved Jesus and was deeply involved at Saint Theodore Catholic Church, where he served in the Be A Man Ministry and worked with the youth.
The light of Eddie’s life was his three daughters. A devoted girl dad, he knew every Disney Princess and stayed actively involved in their lives, coaching softball for several years. He is survived by his loving wife, Leslie (Barzare) of Moss Bluff; daughters Kate, Haylee, and Sadie; his mother, Janelle LeDoux (Chaisson) of Sulphur; his sister, Miranda LeDoux of Sulphur; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Lee LeDoux, Sr.
Eddie’s final gift was the gift of life through organ donation.
