Edward Gray

In loving memory of Edward Gray of New Lebanon, Ohio, born in Hazard, Kentucky, who departed this world on March 8, 2026 at the age of 88. Edward leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Beulah Keaton (Fagues); his stepfather Raymond Keaton; his father Levi Gray; his former wife Phyllis (King); and his brothers, Harold and David Keaton.

He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Gray (Bookwalter); his sons, Gregory Gray (Diana) and Craig Gray (Jennifer); his stepdaughters, Angie Lykins (Joe) and Amy Downey (Jason); his grandchildren, Jessica Gray, Lindsey Gabbard (Max), Aiden, Cooper Lykins, Noelle and Sienna Downey; his great grandchildren, Jordan Greene and Sawyer Gabbard; and his siblings, Glenn Keaton, Raymond "Bub" Keaton (Sonja), Rayelene Baudendistel (Thomas), Carrie Storms (John), Judy Polston (Chris) and Jane Keaton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 19th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd, Englewood, OH 45322).

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association (2555 S Dixie Dr UNIT 112, Dayton, OH 45409) in his memory.
