It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Eugene Christian of Anniston, Alabama, who passed away on March 7, 2026, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Christian and Russell Christian. He is survived by: his son Eugene Maurice Christian; his siblings, Shirley Wooten, Nadine Mandley, Elaine Baker and Lisa Christian; his wife Lillian Evangeline Christian; his daughter Mona Yvette Taylor; his brother Bobby Christian; his grandson Jeremy Jackson (Lacy); and his great grandchildren, Tavin, Channing and Linnix Jackson.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Anniston Memorial Funeral Home (3865 US-431, Anniston, AL 36206). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM and at 3:00 PM.
