She was predeceased by: her former husband Jerry Daugherty; her parents, Cicero Flener and Retha Mae Flener (Bullock); and her sisters, Waunetta Hoger and Fosteen Clements.

She is survived by: her husband Delmar Thompson; her children, Dinah Haney (Rick) of Eau Claire, Reverend Roger Daugherty I (Jenelle) of Brooksville, FL, Roy Daugherty (Edie) of Watervliet and Marvin Daugherty (Nadine) of New Braunfels, TX; her stepdaughter Lana Lyman of Buffalo Grove, Illinois; and her siblings, Mary Ruth Daugherty Bozarth, Loveda Burden, Eleen Sublett, Harold Flener, Doris Colter, Ed Flener and Cicero Flener, Jr.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Yore Community Church. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
