Edith Louise Foreman

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edith Louise Foreman (Virginia Beach, Virginia), who passed away on March 5, 2026, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Jasper Foreman, Sr.; her parents, David Foreman and Francis Foreman; and her sons, Jasper, Jr. and Anthony.

She is survived by: her children, Tegie, Klicka and Shawn (Dallas); her sister Mary; and her daughter-in-law Maria. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Altmeyer Funeral Home (5033 Rouse Dr, Virginia Beach, VA 23462). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 3:15 PM at the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens (6309 E Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23502).
