She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick T. Bazeley and Arloene A. Bazeley (Bloom). She is survived by: her sons, Brian Mathis (Diane) and Bradley Mathis; and her brother Frederick T. Bazeley Jr. (Paula). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Springbrook Community Church (10115 W Algonquin Rd, Huntley, IL 60142). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park (375 W Cleveland Rd, Granger, IN 46530).
