Earline Rogers

Earline Rogers, age 91, of Cumming, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2026. She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Ida Bennett; her aunt and uncle who raised her, Joe and Alice Boling; her brothers and sisters-in-law, Ralph (Grace) Bennett, Edwin (Kathleen) Bennett, and Burrell (Arlene) Bennett; and her brother-in-law, Clyde Wilson.

A lifelong member of Oak Grove Baptist Church, Earline worked for many years under Sheriff Donald Pirkle, where she served as a dispatcher and prepared meals for the inmates. She later retired from the Forsyth County Board of Education after twenty-two years of dedicated service.

She is survived by her loving husband of nearly seventy years, Dorsey Rogers; her daughter, Sherry Cochran and her husband Michael; her grandsons, Jacob Cochran (Madison Terry) and Cale Cochran (Madi Griffin); her sister, Marian Wilson; her nephew, Terry Bennett; and other dear family members who will cherish her memory.
