Dusty Ray Norris, age 44, of Casa, Arkansas, passed away on March 11, 2026, at his home. Born on October 9, 1981, in Dardanelle, Arkansas, he was the son of James Michael Norris and Mary Ellen Fraser.
Dusty cherished quiet days watching television and, above all, treasured the time he spent with his daughter, Evie. His gentle presence and love for his family left a lasting impression on those closest to him.
He was preceded in death by his son, Ryder Norris. Dusty is survived by his parents, Mike Norris (Pam) and Mary White (Mark); his daughter, Evie Norris; and his siblings, Michael Scott Norris, Michael Lynn Fraser (Misty), Misty Michelle Vines (Adam), Nikki Staggs (Chris), and D.J. McGehe, along with many other loving family members and friends.
