June 28, 1985— March 10, 2026
Middletown, OH
Dustin Lynn Neal, age 40, of Middletown, passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2026. Born on June 28, 1985, in Hamilton, Ohio, to Terry Neal and Tracy (Overbey) Neal, Dustin built a life centered on quiet competence and genuine care for those around him.
Self-employed as an appliance repairman, he earned a reputation as a gifted handyman who could fix nearly anything. Intelligent and outspoken, Dustin never shied away from speaking his mind, yet he remained deeply caring and always ready to help others. He found joy in the outdoors, particularly chopping wood, spending time in nature, and visiting the creek. An avid pool player, he also cherished his collections of playing cards and comic books, finding peace in life’s simpler pleasures.
Dustin shared a special bond with his mother and treasured their time together. He will be remembered for his sharp mind, his willingness to lend a hand, and the love he held for his family and the natural world.
He is survived by his loving wife of five and a half years, and partner of ten years, Michaela Neal; his children, Lucie Neal and Lucas Neal; his mother, Tracy (Harlan); his father, Terry (Shelly); his siblings, Nyki (Eric) Stirnkorb, Bobbie Jean Hallmark, Billy (Alana) Wagers, Mckenzie Neal, Alivia (Jake) Waggoner, and Chloe Ingram; his nieces and nephews, Emery, Gracie, Billy Jr., and Weston; his maternal grandmother, Magi Felts; and numerous loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfathers, Terry Overbey and Alferd Rhodus, and his paternal grandparents, Armeda and Milton Neal.
