Duard Huffman

Duard Huffman, age 84, of Clarkson, passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at Owensboro Health Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield.

Born on January 7, 1942, in Grayson County, he was the son of the late John and Sylvia Logsdon Huffman. A retired construction worker with Laborers Union 576 in Louisville, Duard found great satisfaction in tending to his cattle and took special delight in the companionship of his cat, Baby.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Minton Huffman; four sisters, Odell VanMeter, Louise Huffman, Loretta Huffman, and Ethelyn Decker; and four brothers, Clevie, Colbert, Silas, and Tommy Huffman.

Duard is survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and many other relatives and friends who will remember his quiet strength and the simple joys he cherished.
