He grew up inAuburndale, Massachusetts and relocated to Orlando, Florida, and then to Hernando Beach,Florida.He served in the United States Marine Corps, worked for the Orange County Public Schools andretired with the Hernando County School District.Douglas is predeceased by his parents, Joesph and Dorothy Wright, his wife, Nancy Wright, andsister Sondra Soter.He is survived by his brothers, Jeffrey Wright (Marion), Jay Wright and Wayne Wright; twochildren, Jason Wright (Tara) of Spring Hill, FL and Abigail Wright-Gonzalez (Carlos) of Chicago, ILand four grandchildren, Austin, Madilyn, Bryce, and Grant.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
