Douglas Sterling Jones

Douglas Sterling Jones, age 65, of Erie, passed away at his residence on March 7, 2026. Born in Hershey, Pennsylvania, on August 18, 1960, he was the son of Diane Norris of Hershey and the late Carmen Scutella.

A U.S. Army veteran, Douglas worked as an over-the-road truck driver before his disability. He found great joy in hunting, fishing, and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycles.

He was preceded in death by his father and his mother’s husband, Jim Norris. Douglas is survived by his mother, Diane (Rager) Norris; his children, Michael Jones and Victoria Jones; and his sister, Michelyn Lambuth.
