Dorsena Hendrix

Mrs. Dorsena Stokes Hendrix, 79, of Greenville, transitioned on Sunday, March 15, 2026 at St. Francis Hospital Downtown. Born in Easley, SC; she was the daughter of the late Samuel Otis Stokes and Etheleen Walker.

Surviving: two sons, Lloyd (Michelle) Hendrix, of Maine; and Donald Hendrix of Greenville, SC; two sisters, Gracie (Gordon) Bowen, of Greenville, SC; and Jean McMorris, of Easley, SC; six brothers, Samuel Stokes, of Greenville, SC; Terry Stokes, of Chesnee, SC; Al Hendricks, of Easley, SC; Charles (Letricia)),Stokes, Larry (Renee) Stokes, Tony (Jeraldine) Stokes, all of Simpsonville, SC; six grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services: Wednesday, March 25, 2026, 3:30pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment private.
